Privacy Policy
This explains what Atonomi collects and why. Plain version first: we collect what we need to run your account and your agents, we don’t sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect from you
- Account details: name, email, sign-in (handled by Clerk).
- Payment: handled by Whop. We see your subscription status and a payment reference, not your card number.
- API keys you give your agents, stored encrypted and used only to run them.
- Business details you enter for postcards: business name, phone, website, logo, license lines, booking link.
- What your agents produce: leads found, cards created, runs, Telegram messages your agent sends you, and how you use the dashboard.
What your agents collect about other people
Agents read public sources (for example public business listings, weather forecasts, solar data, and public property records) to find businesses or homeowners that fit your use case, and may create a postcard addressed to them. That information is processed on your behalf: you are the sender and the controller of that marketing, and we act as your service provider. We keep it to run your agent, show you results, and track postcard delivery, and we do not sell it. If someone who received a postcard asks us to stop, we will remove their address from future mail and tell you.
Who we share with
- Providers that run the service: Vercel and Railway (hosting), Supabase (database and files), Clerk (sign-in), Whop (payments).
- TriggerOne, our print and mail partner, receives the recipient address, the card image, and your business details for each card you approve.
- The API providers behind your own keys receive whatever your agent sends them.
- Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
QR codes
Postcards carry a QR code that goes through our short link to your booking page. When someone scans it we record the time, the card it came from, and a hashed IP address, so you can see that a card got a response.
Your choices
You can change or delete your business details and keys in the dashboard, cancel any time, and email team@atonomi.ai to ask what we hold about you or to delete your account. If you are in California, the EU, or the UK, you have the rights those laws give you and we will honor them.
Retention and security
We keep account and agent data while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards for records and disputes. Keys are encrypted at rest; access is limited to what is needed to run the service.
