Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Atonomi (“we”, “us”). They apply when you buy or use an agent at agents.atonomi.ai. By subscribing you agree to them.

What you are buying

A monthly software subscription. Each agent is software that runs on our hosted infrastructure (or on your own machine, if you choose self-hosted), using API keys you provide, to find local businesses or homeowners from public sources and prepare marketing for you. Some agents send physical postcards through a licensed direct-mail printer. The printing and postage for those postcards are bought separately with mail credits, not covered by the subscription. You are the sender of that marketing and responsible for how you use it. We sell the software, not data, lead lists, or scraping tools.

Billing

Prices are shown before you pay: the first agent on your account and each additional agent are priced separately, per month. Subscriptions renew every 30 days until you cancel. A launch or promotional price on the first agent, when one is running, is shown on the site together with the time it ends, and it stays your renewal price for as long as you keep that agent. Payments are processed by Whop; we are the supplier. Cancellation and refunds are described in our refund policy.

Mail credits

Printing and postage for postcards are not part of the subscription. They are paid for with mail credits, bought separately. One credit mails one postcard and costs $1.00. Your balance is shown in your dashboard before you approve a card, and a card is only sent to the printer when a credit is spent on it. Credits do not expire and are not tied to a single agent. If your account has no credits, cards you approve wait in your dashboard until you buy more; nothing is sent and nothing is lost. If the printer rejects a batch before it is produced, those credits return to your balance. Postcards are mailed to addresses in the United States only at this time.

Your keys and your account

Agents run on API keys you bring (for example your model provider, Apify, and a Telegram bot). We store them encrypted and use them only to run your agents. Usage of those services is billed to you by those providers under their terms. Keep your account credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Use agents only for lawful marketing of a real business. Do not use them to harass, deceive, or contact people who have asked not to be contacted, or in violation of any law that applies to you (including privacy and marketing laws in your state or country). We may pause or stop an agent that is being misused.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any number of leads, replies, bookings, or revenue. Results depend on your market, your offer, and how you follow up. Anything on our site describing what an agent does is a description of the software, not a promise of outcomes.

Availability and changes

We work to keep agents running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update agents, prices (with notice before your next renewal), and these terms. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
