Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel any time

Every agent is a monthly subscription that renews every 30 days. Cancel from your dashboard: open the agent, then Settings, then Billing, then Cancel subscription. You can also cancel from your Whop membership page (the receipt email links to it) or by emailing team@atonomi.ai. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your agent keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

• If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and your agent has not yet mailed any postcards, we refund that payment in full. Any mail credits you have not spent are refunded with it.
• Renewals are not refunded once the period has started, because the agent has been running.
• If we cannot deliver the service (for example your agent could not be built on our side), we refund the affected period.

Mail credits

Mail credits are bought separately from your subscription and pay for printing and postage. One credit mails one postcard and costs $1.00.

• Credits you have not spent: email us and we refund them at what you paid, within 30 days of buying them.
• A credit is spent when the card is sent to the printer. From that point the card cannot be recalled and the credit is not refundable.
• If the printer rejects a batch before it is produced, those credits go back to your balance automatically. You do not have to ask.
• Credits do not expire and are not tied to a single agent.

Postcards are mailed to addresses in the United States only at this time. International is coming really soon.

Disputes

Email us first at team@atonomi.ai with your account email; we answer within two business days and would rather fix it than argue about it.
